I was absolutely crushed yesterday when I found out the place I wanted to have my Irish breakfast fry on St. Patty’s only serves it on the weekends for weekend brunch. I feel so foolish for not having found out sooner and I’m so sorry that I won’t have an Irish breakfast post with pictures to show you all tomorrow. However, I do have this delightfully delicious mint and oreo cake cupcake from Short & Sweet Cupcakes here in Toronto to share with you all! Mint Everest is the cupcakery’s special St. Patty’s cupcake with oreo and vanilla cake, mint frosting, and oreo chocolate crumble sprinkled on top. So this is my way of celebrating! I know you’re expecting me to write about Short & Sweet, talking about prices, location, variety and selection, how amazingly scrumptious the cuppycake are, the whole bit. Not to fret, I have a VERY special Short & Sweet Cupcakes post with lots of photos and a great write-up planned for Friday, so sit tight, it’s going to be GOOD! 😀
